Questions? We've got you.

You're on the list, Google just hasn't caught up yet. It can take a few minutes for Google Play to hear that you joined.

Wait 5 minutes, then tap Become a tester again. Still nothing after 30 minutes? It's almost always the Google account (next question).

Google only lets in the account signed into your phone's Play Store. Joining the group and becoming a tester have to happen with that same Gmail.

To check: open the Play Store → tap your picture (top right). That's the account.

Used a different one? Ask for the steps again with the right Gmail.

Back to the beta page

Those apps open links in their own little browser, and it isn't signed into Google, so Google can't let you in.

Tap ⋮ or ··· (top right) → Open in Chrome / Open in browser.

Easier: open the email we sent you. Links in an email open in your phone's normal browser, already signed in.

Google may ask you to sign in first. Sign in with your phone's Gmail, then tap Join group.

If it says you're already a member, you're good. Wait a minute and tap Become a tester.

Joining the group puts you on Cura's tester list. Google then takes about a minute to pass that on to Google Play. Tap too early and Play doesn't know you yet.

Check Spam and Promotions, and search your inbox for "Cura". It comes from support@curacontracts.cc.

Still nothing? Double-check the Gmail you typed and ask again.

On the same Google Play page, tap Download it on Google Play. The Play Store opens on Cura: tap Install.

Searching "Cura" in the Play Store only finds it after you've become a tester.

On the beta page, tap Get Cura. It opens Apple's TestFlight app, which installs Cura in one tap. No TestFlight yet? The page gets it for you first.

Get Cura on iPhone

Apple's own app for trying apps before they're in the App Store. It's free and safe, and it's how every beta on iPhone works.
