Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your CURA account and the data that goes with it at any time. Here is how, and exactly what gets removed.
Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open CURA and sign in.
- Open the menu and go to Settings.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion is immediate and permanent, and cannot be undone. Residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.
Or request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email support@curacontracts.cc from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and process it promptly, and in any case within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account and profile (name, username, photo, settings), your contracts, goals, plans, routines, check-ins and streak history, your notes and journal entries, your uploaded photos and share-card images, your AI coaching conversations and the AI’s memory of you, your connections and nudges, and any connected health data. Your entry is also removed from leaderboards.
Shared contracts: contracts you created are deleted for everyone in them — people you invited lose those contracts and their check-in history on them. Contracts someone else created stay with their creator; only your seat and your data on them are removed.
We may retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, records of a deletion request itself).
