These terms govern your use of CURA. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use CURA.
1. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Please provide accurate information.
2. What CURA is
CURA helps you set personal commitments ("contracts") and track them. Contracts, stakes, and any shared "pots" are personal accountability and motivational tools. They are not financial instruments, gambling, wagering, or legally enforceable agreements between you and anyone else, and CURA does not hold, transfer, or guarantee any money. Any reward or consequence you set is your own arrangement.
3. Acceptable use
Do not misuse CURA: no illegal activity, harassment, uploading content you do not have the rights to, attempting to break or probe security, or using the app to harm others. Keep shared content appropriate.
4. Your content
You own the content you create. You grant CURA the limited rights needed to store and display it so the service can work — including showing it to people you choose to share with.
5. AI features
CURA’s AI provides suggestions and coaching for general informational purposes only. It is not professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for important decisions.
6. No guarantee
CURA is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results, uninterrupted service, or that the app is error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CURA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination
You can stop using CURA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
